Wahidur Rahman Sharif
Mr. Wahidur Rahman Sharif is the founder and Managing Director of Digicon Technologies Ltd. since its inception (2010). He started Digicon Technologies Ltd. as one of the first BPO Company in Bangladesh with a vision to provide unparalleled expertise and cost effectiveness to existing business processes with a mission to deliver solutions through right sets of people and technologies to ensure maximum value for business.
Educated on MIS at University of Texas (Arlington), Mr. Sharif launched his career as Manager, MIS, Administration in Placemark Investments, an Envestnet’s portfolio consulting group, located at Addison, Texas .That eventually lead to 11 years of employment with remarkable performance on business strategy development and achieving company’s goal. He later joined as Managing Partner Impetus Consulting, where his fields of experience span from hard core technology disciplines to sophisticated financial management. His inspiring innovations include liaising with officials of government departments and regulatory bodies, managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities. Under his expendable years of experience in the IT industry, Digicon Technologies have evolved from a new found company to market leader in short span. His charismatic and visionary leadership are being recognized as Digicon Technologies is awarded ‘ICT Achievement Award’ at Digital World 2015 at Dhaka. He also worked for various project under “Digital Bangladesh” initiative.
Mr. Sharif is also one of the co-founder and Managing Director of Digicon Global Services Limited and Tahoe Communications Ltd. At the same time he is serving as the President of Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO), as well as member of FBCCI & AmChem(American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh). Mr. Sharif firmly believes, development of a country lies in the development of its youth. So all his initiative leads to create more opportunities for our youth to work more and raise their livelihood.
Azmal Haque Azim
Total Experience in IT & ITeS industry: Around 19 years of experience.
Azmal Azim, an IT graduate from University of Oklahoma, has been professionally engaged with US and Bangladeshi IT industry for more than 14 years. His overall experience expands over 19 years. He started his career with a Dallas based software company as a Technical Analyst in 1998, a year before that in 1997 he worked with another IT company in Texas as IT support. Upon his return to Bangladesh he started consulting Alap Communications Limited.
In 2009, Azim, with an outstanding team of entrepreneurs, established Digicon Technologies Ltd., one of the largest BPO companies in Bangladesh. He led Digicon as the Director of Operation from the beginning and now the company employs more than 1200 professionals for multiple local and in progression of his entrepreneurial venture, Azim and cofounders established Digicon Global Solutions Limited (DGSL), in 2013. With the lessons learnt and success achieved from Digicon Technologies Limited, Azim wants to make DGSL another business success capable of employing thousands and contributing millions to the GDP. With his wide network in local and international IT communities, Mr. Azmal Haque Azim is determined to lead and grow the Bangladeshi IT industry in the coming crucial years.

Mr ASM Wasi Noman, COO in Digicon Technologies Ltd has wide range of leadership experience in telecommunication, banking Automation, BPO and information Technology industry. He is specially engaged in his long career to lead and manage company operation, organizational transformation, technology reengineering & service management, strategic planning & cost management, architecture & solution reengineering to achieve vision from bigger perspective.
He obtained MBA followed by BSc in Computer Science and Engineering degree. Before his current role in Digicon he has served long in management and key leadership role in Grameenphone, GPIT and Beximco Computers Ltd.

An experienced customer service professional with over 15 years of experience of which 5 years is in setting up and subsequently managing Customer Operations in major mobile operators (GSM/CDMA) in Bangladesh. A highly experienced leader with successful track record of Contact Center operations, retail outlets development, BPO Operations and Corporate & SME sales domain.

Chief Marketing Officer
Damien Sarker is responsible for building the Solution Business beside BPO of the company. He has been a key member of DIGICON’s senior management team for the past 3 years.
His current responsibilities is to lead and supervise a Sales & Pre-Sales Team in four Sales Vertical; BFSI, Enterprise, Government/Defense and Telco to achieve the set goal of the company.
Damien Sarker worked with various organizations in Bangladesh and Canada for over 29 years in his career. Poirier join to Digicon he worked with Thakral One Pvt. Ltd as Head of Sales & Business Development, Grameenphone IT Ltd as Head of Sales, Flora Telecom Ltd as Executive Vice President, Hi Fi City as Manager Business Development and Flora Limited as Manager Sales.
He was significantly involved with several large projects in Core Banking Solution, ERP, Infrastructure-Server & Storage, Enterprise Data Network (EDN) and Structure Cabling Systems (SCS) in several organizations.
In addition, he received several trainings on project management, mobile communication technology and Professional Certificates. He completed Masters in Commerce (Management) from Dhaka University and Computer Skills & Customer Services Certification from Micro Skills Development Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He also attended a month long management training in Haggai International Institute, Singapore.
ABDULLAH MOHAMMAD EUNUS
Senior Manager- Human Resources
Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Eunus has over 10 years of experience in core Human Resource functions both in local conglomerate and renowned multinational firms. He has proven track records in achieving superior results in areas of talent sourcing-management & retention, compensation management, performance management, employee engagement as well as conducting learning and development workshops covering contemporary HR practices and standards.
He is now currently working as Senior Manager- Human Resources overseeing the entire HR portfolio of Digicon. He had previously worked in Li & Fung Bangladesh Ltd, Energyac Power Generation Ltd and Talent Centric Ltd.
Mr. Abdullah obtained his O-Level and A-level certificates from New Delhi, India prior to his completion of Bachelor degree in Business Administration from East West University, Dhaka having concentration on human resources. He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management – BIM. He has attended many trainings & seminars both at home and abroad.

Gourab Krishna Gupta
Head of Service Quality & Training
As head of Service Quality & Training at DIGICON, Gourab is responsible to lead and develop a strategic quality plan resulting to defect prevention and continuous improvement culture that assures reliable process quality through robust designs and processes. He also takes care of the entire Learning & Development unit (DIGILEARN) of DGSL.
He brings in over 10 years of experience in Service Quality & Training, a significant pie of which has been in the BPM industry. Prior to joining DIGICON, he worked in Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd as a Quality & Training Consultant and was deputed in an offshore location with the responsibility of giving Consulting services to the Offshore Client.
Gourab holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Burdwan University, India. He is also an IRCA Certified LEAD auditor, a Microsoft Certified Professional & a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Rajib Kumar Das
Head of Information Technology
Rajib Kumar Das is Assistant General Manager of Information Technology. Prior to DIGICON, Rajib served as a Management Position in different enterprises including ISP, Conglomerate, Software Company, and Airlines for over 11 years where he led IT business solutions, project management, strategy, policies, standards and operations.
He has been a key member of DIGICON’s Leadership team for the past 3 years.
Rajib oversees the establishment of company’s technical vision and leading the execution of the same, building and managing a top-fight technology team, partnerships and external relationships management. He has been playing an integral role in the company’s technological strategic direction, development and future growth.
Mr. Rajib holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and seasoned with number of professional certifications.
